Went visiting the New York public library today. It's so different from Singapore's library!!

its something like those type of library that you see on movies.. If u've watched beautiful mind.. you should get what i mean. it looks old but very pretty. Reminds me of victoria concert hall.. but just that its a few times bigger. Been to new york so many times but never step into it.. its captivating. Or maybe because i've never seen such a library in my life. haha. They have rows of table.. and tons of books on all the ancient looking book shelves. The shelves and tables are all brownish. its filled with people using their laptop and making notes from the books. They have an extensive range of books!! I feel like reading everything! They have exhibits on US's history etc.. i didnt have the energy to go view all of them. But now at least i found something for me to do which's FREE in new york. =D

so embarrassing just now. i made a huge fuss at the front desk because they made me wait for 4 hours before they sent someone up to my room. My phone was not working. So i went down to front desk 3 freaking times and i was losing my patience already. I made quite a big fuss.. and when the house keeping people finally came, my phone was working. Its just that i didnt press the line. =X thankfully they wont remember me. haha..

time to go to bed. i am so exhausted. nite. blog more if i can steal some more internet access tml. hehee
