I've been happy recently. =D i think i haven been so happy for the longest time.

Hehe..i had a very enjoyable day off today. Gave andrew a surprise at the Aramasa spa and that place is impressive! The facilities were well maintained..rooms were nicely done up, price was reasonable, service was excellent! Massage and atmosphere was very very good!

After we changed, we hang out at the lounging area where we self helped to cookies and ice lemony water. Then our masseur came to pick us up to our nicely done up massage room. The lights were dim enough and the music was soothing. We started out with a foot soak and then proceeded on to lie onto the bed. I think the bed heats up to keep me warm! Quite impressed with that because all the other spas i went before dont have that and they always leave me feeling cold and sick when i do body scrub.

I chose the Tropical Java Lulur spa package. The website says: "This time-honoured Indonesian favourite starts with an authentic rich turmeric and rice scrub, followed by cooling yoghurt mask and a firm Aramsa Touch massage. Your traditional experience ends in a tropical floral-filled bath in our outdoor garden bath. "

It feels exactly like the description. I haven been to a spa for close to 3 months! Time to give my body a good full body scrub by using ginger. Then the masseur wrapped me up with yummy milky yoghurt. It smelled so good that i felt like licking it all up. =X Then when they left us to rest for 15 mins, both of us fell asleep! So embarassing! =X But we were really tired okie! After showering off the yoghurt, it was followed by the lymphatic massage. Not very lymphatic in my opinion. I still think the modern beauty lymphatic masssage is better(even though their service totally sucks!) After the relaxing massage, the session ended with the soak in the outdoor garden bath. oO! the private bathtub was filled with rose petals! Sooo romantic!!!


enjoyed the spa session alot alot..and andrew was pretty happy with the little surprise. Burnt quite a big hole in my pocket but i think its all very worth it! =D
